Seems like a reasonable price to me at this point considering most Outpost trades, so, I upvoted.

I was fortunate enough to get mine for 2 ref, though (and get a free Festive Buff Banner thrown in, which I sold for over a key in value later), so I see the price trends of these items mirroring those of Fall Crate items - high initially, extremely low (standard craft hat price?) due to oversupply late in the event's duration, and stabilizing at a higher price later.
