It's actually not true it contains a weapon.Hat drops also possible and likely in secret saxtons.
Agreed in how the item varies inside the box, but the most dominant item is a weapon. The price of 1 rec is fairly decent for a random spin on the wheel of prizes.
Link 3 is not even about secret saxtons.Link 4 and 5 are trades buying.So i can use that as proof if i open a trade buying buds for 1 key? They also dont appear to be successfull.

Those who are buying show successful purchases at th price of 1 rec. link 4 (me) shows that I bought 27 (can't remember correct number) and link 5 is starting and already has a comment willing to sell to him. Yes you can post something about buying a bud for a key, but are you actually successful in doing that?
