Bought for 1.33 really quick after posting a trade on outpost, this range seems accurate assuming people are actually paying as high as 2 ref for it.

Yeah its true I bought one like 2 hrs after the update for 2 ref and now I have a feeling I have pay too much but still I really like this hat as I use a winter themed set for all my classes!

I agree with the new price, it's not really a popular hat. Saw one guy compare it to a condom lol. Personally I think it looks good but you'll need some proof for this to get accepted.

Thats the problem. i'm too lazy to get proof, but most trades on outpost is like my suggestion!
