The 12 keys go because it's a great deal for a desired item. They're lowballing themselves. Have to downvote on this one.
I agree with it as well, but when you look at all the other trades that are listed that are going unsold you have to look at the ones that ARE selling.

Seems that there is a fairly large range of selling prices for this strange.
I got 15 keys for mine, was pretty happy.
It's going to be really hard to get a price settle for the S. Festives. I'm basing this price off what the majority is selling for, and I'm being impartial. Even if this price is accepted, I wouldn't expect it to last more than a day at most before it needed to be changed. I honestly think they'll end up bringing closer to 25 keys as the this update expires, but we have to go by what they're selling for at the moment and this price is based off those sells.
I didn't know this at the time, but even Spreadsheet is suggesting 12-16 keys and we know how they are about jacking up the price of items.
