One notable offer was a sunbeams hallmark, depending on how much the ushanka owner has to add could be considered a notable offer.

Agreed current range of 3.3 - 3.9 is a little low, but if someone has a b/o of 5 buds its impossible for the range to be higher than 5 buds

the top value is due to one person having a b/o of 7 along with some offers going over 5, one offer was a misty skull pencil pusher and bubbling private eye, which is over 5 buds.

There is also the sunbeams hallmark offer, which depending on how much the other person has to add, can also be valued over 5 buds

Last suggestion as a reference.
