Why 1-1.3 and no 0.8-1 ? Can not talk about the price based on C/O, B/O One hat was sold 1 week ago (Price is unknown) http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6390519

1 bud low end b/c ppl offer at least that much. 1.3 high end b/c there is a b/o of 1.3. I generally try to set ranges at least .5 buds, but I can't really do that here.
