        If it takes you 2-3 days to buy at 1 scrap, then I doubt the current price is correct. I buy these too for 0.11 ref and it's very rarely I get to buy one lately. Keep in mind TF2WH is paying 0.24 ref, and is stocked at 21%. 0.11 ref would be quicksell price

          Yup, 1 scrap seems like a quicksell and shouldn't be in the range anymore, upvote from me.

        I attempted to buy these at one scrap, and got no bites in a day-and-a-half. Raised my price to .22 and got three reasonably fast.


        .11-.33 might be a more reasonable range, but for now it seems 1 scrap trades are the minority
