I didn't make it a solid 13 keys because a leap from 15.5 to 13 (roughly 15%-20%) is a little too steep. Also a range is much better for trades, it gives variations.

I finally sold it for 13 keys. And people selling for 14/15 are unsuccesful. So this range is perfect :) UPVOTE
