Even without proof i tend to agree since there are people who will pay 13 keys for any non-gifted unusual.

Wow thanks, I expected people to argue since I haven't even posted proof yet.

People are willing to wait for proof, also this wasn't an outrageous suggestion. (and imo, no unusual is less than 13 keys--clean anyway)

Its just a pain with those unusual but there is rep to be had if someone will do it.

Also find some quickbuyers who will buy every unusual for 12 keys for example as a proof that no uu could be below 12 keys.

ya, its just too much of a pain to do :S

They need to institute a list of all the items that haven't been updated and have it sort by the oldest to the most recent. (for unusuals and normal items, but mainly unusuals)

Haha a little advertise for your trade. ;) Hmm I would say 12 keys as the lowest range (39 ref are nearly 12 keys now~).
