its not rare to come over people selling for 2 keys, and many 3 keys seems unsold. then there are those trades that still want 6 and 7 keys, so proving this is hard. due to people trying to haggle.
unsold:

The only one there for 2 Keys seem to have someone interested already, and is the only one you posted at 2 Keys. I think a single person doesn't prove the lower range just yet.
so many unsold at the higher end means the price should still be so?
and no, i cant really prove 2 keys. i saw someone yesterday, but since they sell and the trades get closed i cant search for them, and i dont wanna check every single all father ids on op
Maybe a static 2.5 would be better. The guy selling for 2 closed his trade, maybe decided to keep it.
if 2.5 would be the price, the 2 keys+1 ref would instantly be sold
no it wouldn't. you could put up a trade selling an all-father for 1 key, and odds are it wouldn't even sell within the hour, unless you happen to get lucky and the buyer happens to be refreshing at the perfect time.
Also, i agree, 2 keys is too low based on the proof provided. I'd stick with a solid 2.5 like killjoy said.
Edit: This one was just accepted and even this suggester faced criticism of the lower end at 2.5

We can add this guy as a 2 key seller:

welp valve...you ruined another god-tier hat :'( fuuuuuuuuuuuckkkkkk youuuuuuuuuuuuuu anyways upvote :D!
Ruined? It looks the same way it ever does. And about the price, this is still a high value for an item and will go up after the sale a bit (maybe). And btw this is a misc.~
cheaper hat -> more people can have it -> ruined hat
you love being a hipster, don't you?
When it hits a key I'll buy one for a friend.
This bodes well for my future. :)
Bought it from the store when it went on sale this week. People are definitely jumping on it.
I concur
Next year it will be worth 1.33.
I just sold my set of my Mint all-father and my kringle collection at 6 keys after 10 minutes i put my trade up, i believe i was lucky, but i will upvote this since i see many other ppl struggling selling them at 3 keys.

Most likely a seller that buys from the store & sells for two keys.
With the two keys he sells it on the steam market & buys another.
Make profit of some cents & many other are doing the same.
