Proof is good, quick search on Reddit and Outpost seems to indicate you're right too. It should be noted that demand for this misc seems quite high, and there are only 19 pages on Outpost of which a lot are sold, so supply is relatively low - might be what's causing the price of this one to be so high compared to other winter items.
