Um..... proof ? maybe and um... 8-9 ref is the same as 2-3 keys... im just gonna downvote for no proof XD

i am downvoting because you just changed keys to ref just keep it in keys, it is the same reason we change keys to buds keep the lower amount of something with a higher value. it is just simpler that is why all types of measurement have different units.
