Crap hat & effect. I can see it going for a painted bills. I'd like to see what they sell for but it will be nowhere near a bud.
this hat is not very popular and neither is the effect i don't think anyone would pay close to a bud. i think just above half a bud is good. to sell for full price as mentioned in the other comments takes a long time and selling for a bit less also will take a while. upvoted because none will sell at 17.
Could you just wait for outpost to return? Or how do you know it doesn't sell at 17? Just an opinion?

Down vote, pointless change. 14-16 is the same as 14-17.
Seems pretty pointless to lower the high end by price by 1 key.
The '15 keys unsold' rose their price to 20 keys, has since sold. Being tf2tp, the details are extremely lacking.
Nothing indicating a 'hard time selling for 18', and even if there was, that doesn't mean a high range drop from 17 to 16 is necessary.
