Ok, so, you tried to get one for 28 and were unsuccesful and you ended up getting one for 30. (so i tend to think 30 should be the high end), unless of course some on OP have a pure offer above 30, or an unusual/mix offer around 36.

But this hat is definitely in need of an update.
