this isnt classified.
There's a system already in place to add bonus for paint. Look in your backpack and on the item it'll show you price with bonuses.
Price to be listed and suggestion should only be for unpainted and unaltered items.
And if you're trying to sell the white bills do it in the classifieds or an other trading site. This is for price suggesting not selling.
