Trader 1 bought it from trader 4 with 3 buds (therefor he doesn't want less than 3 buds). He has lowered his b/o several times (click on his profile to see past trades). I asume you can buy it from him with 3 + sweets.

Trader 2 got offered an orbiting fire beak about 2 weeks ago (2.9-3.7) but that was before he found the trade from trader 1 with a b/o of 3 buds + 1 bills ([url]http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6979574[/url]). So maybe he would have retracted his offer if it wouldn't be declined.

Trader 3 got offered 3 buds more than 1 week ago. The offerer still has the buds.

Conclusion: It's hard to sell, therefor you can buy it with 3 buds + sweets. But it got offered 3 buds in the past sometimes and you I think you still can sell it to the guy that offered 3 buds on link 3 ([url]http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7514659[/url]).

The price should be around 3 buds (like ~2.8-3.2).
