Conclusion This hat has not gotten any offers close to what it's suggested price is and even most owners of this hat (all but 1) are setting their buyouts or wants at 2 buds. This hat deserves to have a high value at 1.9 buds at the most (no one has even offered 2 in unusuals let alone pure). Since it's been getting 1-1.6 (generally) offers in unusuals 1.5 buds seems fair as its low price.
