Price is 7 months old. I couldn't find more, I even searched with the unusual search thing and checked all their backpacks (could find a trade that was 5 months old buying it for about 16 keys: [url]http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/2920728[/url]). So a conservative bump to "my" lowest unusual price of 12-14 keys.

2nd link has a rejected offer of 12 keys pure, in combination with the summer hat offer, I am inclined to upvote.

Ah whoops, my bad. :P
Especially since nearly any unusual can be sold for 12 keys, except for gifted/ duped hats.
