the tf2tp link's owner does not have it anymore and it was for 17 keys.
Well I could agree to 15-17 but why 18 as high value? Sure the key offer is really good but he bought another hat so it's not longer valid as a real c/o. Also link 2 has a 17 keys b/o. Anyways this is still better than the current price.
I'm staying neutral now.
oh. 18 keys was based off link 3, with some offers higher than 17.
They are all pretty old though. :/
First link have 7 naughty, 7 winter and 2 regular keys offer, thats around 20 regular keys, upvoted.
Its shitty effect shitty hat, class is not that bad but not the best either. ill value it at 13-14 keys so 12-15 keys the old price is good enough.
any counterproof to back this up? I would like to see some.

Need some more proof. Personally, I think this hat is really good just like all Pyro hats. That effects is not my taste tho'.

18 keys is a bit high but it's closer to the 17 keys this thing seems to pull than the current price range is.
