As you can see there are (many) offers in the suggested range. There was even an offer of 2 buds + big kill (he bought a g.e. one instead). Also with the new price this will be at one level with g.e.

The suggester bought it with a blizz beanie (~1 bud) + 1 bud + 14 keys (~2.33 pure). He doesn't want to suggest a higher range because It would be a bit biased.
