In the end I ended up selling this for an uncraftable summerset which is about the high value that I am setting:

There are currently about 8 of these on outpost and most of them have been up for about a week or less.

Many are receiving offers in the low value or a tad higher than that. Most of the owners seem to be wanting about 1.5 buds.

Some have offers of higher or equal to 1.5 buds, but those are unaccounted for.
