Those are called: lowballers.

Buff banner is the least wanted festive and you can barely sell for 1 ref if it is still possible to even sell for 1 ref.

I know it's the least desirable, I'm just saying that the links he provided were guys mass buying for a low price. .66-1 would be better imo.

Yeah and I got overstocked within 15 hours and I still had my suggestion up for 1-1.33 ref.

Too low of a range, maybe 0.66-0.88 or something of equivalent would be better. Also those are nearly not enough proofs you need actual people selling for 0.66.

hahaha, that may be true, however I have found buyers at .77 and 1 ref, no buyers at .88 however, that statement may be true, but people are buying at above .66, and so .66-1 ref is much more accurate,

My cousin got one for 0.66 so did my other friend. 0.66 ref is a pretty decent price I would still say.

too much 'proof' based on tf2outpost lowballer trades. others here have proven it still can fetch a refined and yes sometimes you can get it for less.

I notice zero links that show sellers for 2 rec.

isn't this enough proof of it being over .66? if you find some seller links where someones selling for .66 this will have some proof. if not, it should be closed.

.66 is a little too low for my tastes. i still think it should be at .88 like it is now. However, like others said, there aren't many buyers. There are some out there who are willing to pay more to complete their sets, but like i said, not many.
