http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7475511 - B/O-25 keys - offer ★iBoL Neko★' - ts. bills + 11 keys~20 keys
Downvote, here's why:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7475511 got an offer of 19 keys + ts bills and an offer of 25 keys.
Your second link, the hat was sold the same day the trade went up, which reeks of a quicksell, and even that got 20 keys.
Frankly, it's cancer, but it's a mid/okay-ish effect, so 18 is too low.
(an offer of 25 keys) -Blizzardy Storm Mining Light - 21-23 keys(in unusual ) ??
( so 18 is too low) - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7563883 , http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7553680 ,http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7430895 - no offers. Link 2 -One real deal Basis price 20 keys + - 2 keys fluctuations in the market
Not referring to the blizz mining light in the link I gave, if you read the hidden posts he clearly has the offers I mentioned. Also I don't see how the links you gave prove a base price of 20 keys, these are all pretty young trades, not to mention, the fact that two of them have unreasonable expectations in the notes (one has "2.3 bud c/o" unlikely, and drives offerers off, and the other set a minimum at 1 bud, again, driving people off). Sorry, I just don't think this proof shows that 18 is an acceptable low range.
(feel like fucking with bills hats) - no proof . (Also I don't see how the links you gave prove a base price of 20 keys ) - link 2 - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7471160
(2.3 bud c/o) http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7563883 - can write a lot - no proof
