Link 2 - got an offer of Misty Skull detective noir(3+) + blizzardy storm brainiac(3.6-4.6) + stormy tyrants helm(2.7-3.5) in the first 3 hours, no price on the Misty noir yet, but the hat does have offers above 3+ in unusuals or different mix of promos([url]http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6022260[/url]).

Q: Why make the low end 10 buds?
A: Well cause one was sold for 10 buds pure, and the one who bought it has a 10+ bud offer in unusuals.
Q: Why make the high end 11.3?
A: Well in the first 3 hours someone offered 11.3ish in unusuals, kinda hard to tell since one does not have a price yet.
well, the only issue i see is, link 2 has an offer of about 10~ buds (3+4+3.1) in unusuals. (it's kind of unfair to value unusuals at their max value, most unusuals should be valued around the midpoint as that tends to be the most accurate price).
Assuming you valued the hats at the higher end, you get around 11.3 in unusuals, which is like 10+ pure.

Just a fyi, I didn't bought the hat for 10 buds. I paid more for it. He changed his price in the last moment and we negotiated, so actually didn't accepted my offer from link 1.
How can you pricecheck an unusual after I opened the trade 1-2 hours ago ( at the time you've suggested this price range )? It doesn't had time even for receiving some real offers.
And in my opinion, this price is pretty unaccurate : 10-11.3 buds for a 1 of 1 hat and a high-tier demoman hat? If cloudy moon got offers of 20 buds+ , I don't see why that wouldn't get atleast 15 buds. Just need time for it.

Who said it was high tier? Its a new hat but like the front runner, birdcage and cannonball high tier gets thrown around and the hat finally settles into mid or even low tier. Fighting Fedora anyone??????
Cloudy Moon gets 20+ offers? It's listed here as ~15 buds.
