Lots of sales for 4 keys, but I'm not sure about the 3.5 part.

Quickbuyers want 3-3.5 keys, and a lot of traders are jumping at that, but just as many are hold out for 4. I'll agree with Woifi and say that 4 would be a better price.

I'm glad to see more than one suggestion on the same item. Forces you to think about which one is a better representation. I'd rather people make alternative suggestions than wait for one to be accepted because it's more accurate than the current price. Much more efficient.
