Sounds like he was going to accepted the beams tower, so i'm thinking lowering the high end to 10.5 buds, but not 100% sure, since he also liked the hat for the hat, not necessarily for the value.

Well it's very new so a larger range isn't wrong. Also link 2 bought it for sandvich box (6.5) + steaming phantom (1.5) + ghosts sergents (2.5). So ~10.5 (he valued it at 12). I will upvote but say something if you reopen it. xD

I think the upper limit is a bit off. Should be 7 - 9 imho. This hasn't been sold yet so I suggest you just BM the trades then keep an eye. Make a suggestion after they've been sold.
