I traded it on a trading server, first time I posted that I was selling it for 2 rec I had 3 trade requests
I should specify, can you screenshot your trade history for us to show it?
EDIT: You did link a trade, but it doesn't actually show it selling these at 0.66. Only saying it did when someone offered to buy one for 0.33 (before saying that got it somewhere else).

Your suggestion is already in current range. Prove you can't buy it for .33 ref or that it more commonly goes for .66 ref rather than a range.
Evidence for the base to be raised should be included and not your personal sales that fall in the existing price range. Your statement alone is not enough to remove the base.
I've bought many for a rec prob more than 5 about a few months ago, but these old items tend to be fairly stable, I'd think the current range is fine.

Could be lying you know. He can say he sold 2 for 0.66, only to raise the price of the only one that he has.
I sold one at 6 scrap but its a slight struggle. I'd say 33 - 66 should stand. Oh and mine have been up at 6 scrap for a few days and gets auto bumped every hour.
