Good for me if it goes up. I bought mine today on a trade server for 6 keys + 1.33 ref. I also bought one for 7 keys 4 days ago.

I skipped around to a few trades. Prices seems to be rising already on this.

I beleive the reason for the rise is because like me, most people have waited for the S.Festives to drop in value and everyone now knows there about to rise again. This means everyone is trying to buy right now and the demand for this item has increased

I have also noticed the prices rising on the Strange Festives. Outpost is getting heated with traders easily able to hold back for high offers and buyers are willing to pay the buyouts.

I offered my Logo Mining Light (bad unusual trading-wise, I know) on upwards of 20 trades for 2 strange festives (or 1:1 SF Huntsman and GL) and was knocked back on all but one, where I got an SF Sandvich and SF Ambassador and even then I had to offer minor sweets. Anyone not waiting for high offers I think is either not really into the trading scene or is just impatient. Upvote from me, this is the main range I've seen them be bought at.

It's bothering me as I'm trying to unload my SF ubersaw for a quick and easy 6 or so keys and people keep lowballing me.

I guess the saw isn't as popular? :) I agree with the below comments too, I also think the price will drop a fair amount once the hype dies down and slowly rise over the year. This range is what i've seen them go for during my (gruelling) offering spree through Outpost recently.

I honestly beleive that this years festives are not going to rise the same as the previous years. Most of them are mele or secondary weps that people dont care about. Huntsman, grenade launcher and possible sandvich will be the only ones that do well

That's a good point! I reckon the Sandvich will crash pretty heavily if a normal strange variant appeared in a common crate as well. I agree that the Huntsman will do well, it's a great reskin.

"honestly believe" sounds like church. Individually it`s a matter of taste, i like the buff banner but the mass doesn`t, i got the SFubersaw, and havn`t even equipped it.

Anyone old enough to remember the last strange festives knows the price will go much lower before it goes higher. Yes a year from now 20-25 keys but right now just be glad to move them.

to be honest though i think everyone knows that there going to go up from the previous year, and so people will just hold on to them knowing they will make a gain by waiting, rather then quickselling just to earn a few keys

The only traders with that patience are people with 50 buds and up that also hoard. Very few of those people. The every day traders buys today and wants to sell today. So until then.

the sandvich is obviously gonna go up in the future, most desired strange in the game for lots of players (like me, I have 2 actually, 1 to keep, 1 to sell later) as this is not really an increase, but just a smaller range, I'll gladly upvote without having to face the usual "oooh u have one, ur opinion is invalid" comments (hopefully)
