The first three proofs (that a word?) are good, but the 4th and 5th didn't sell. Just a heads up. So far looks pretty good, but you said you could find more and it would be great if you could :)
Sure, I've seen a couple on trade servers go for 1.55 but I know you can't just take my word on it.
Here are some additional sources (that I believe are accurate).

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6403148
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6246681 (someone offered 1.44, might have sold it to him or for higher)
Not that manyadditional sources but I'm looking for some accurate ones and am not the greatest at finding evidence for already sold ones.
Not sure about your second one
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7069102 Added for 1.66, Also an offer 2 ref
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7185398 Sold 1.66
I'm not sure about this one, there are a few trades occurring above 1.33, though as I researched I still found a lot of trades at 1.33.
This suggestion has 20 votes as of now, can someone else explain what they think?
Upvoted. I think this range is accurate. The vast majority of the hat on Outpost is listed as 1.66.
I only found four active listings selling for 1.33:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7450223
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7486595
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7565713

If you factor in the listings for the painted variants, which also encompass a large fraction of the listings, it also seems sellers are using this range.
Hmm not bad. Ups
