Yes, I have one in my bp, and i can tell that you can instant sell these at 18 keys.

No wonder 18-20 price range was better for quickerseller !!

This sounds about right. I bought it at its lowest price point, and I bought mine for 17 keys. I don't see anyone letting it go for 19 keys or less. After it dawned the traders that the vanilla festives won't be making a return, the price went up again.
