I didn't make the high end 2 buds because, to be honest, I thought I'd be laughed out of here.

And while I think Fetti is better than even Smoking, most people think of it as "that bad effect" or "its par with Nuts & Bolts"

P.Fetti is rare on this hat (only 4). Now there is just 1 on outpost. That's a reason why people offer higher on this than on n&b. Also tripple fetti things and shit. If you sold it for 2, make it 2 (at the high end), and no one would laugh at you (at least no one of the serious ppl here :P).
