I think 3 - 3.33 is the safest range for the moment.
Your two links at 3 ref are of the same hat sold by the same guy.
Only one trade is a bit thin, though since the current low-end is already at 3 ref, that's not a very big deal.
The aim of this suggestion was to prove that people are selling at 1 key, thereby negating the high range. It's a relevant point, but not a big factor, as you rightly said.
One of the 3.66 trades sold, but pretty obvious this is easy to get for 3.33
