After all of this time for this trade, the best that I can call that is 2.5 in Unusual over-pay, especially since that standout offer is sold now.

Unfortunately I can't find how much he spent on it (there seems to have been some duplication here). However, this hat's history of owners did lead me to a rather interesting trade. [url]http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7096097[/url] He simply wanted to trade it for Orbiting Fire (1.8-2.2 on backpack.tf). He was very quickly successful. He was specifically downgrading so I won't say that this was Unusual over-pay and will call it two. This is where my lower value is from.

Again, I'll call that 2.5 to account for Unusual over-pay, especially since it didn't end up happening.

I can't see the Magistrate's Mullet in that person's backpack now, however, since it is private.

This is listed as 2.7-3.1 on backpack.tf. Personally I think that this is the best offer that the Stormy Storm Charmer's Chapeau has received in a long time. For this reason I'm proposing a higher value of 2.6 Earbuds to be just above the usual 2.5 that I see.
