Needs a range, because there are plenty of people selling for 1.66. I think it's still possible to sell these for 2 ref at the moment, but it'll probably drop out of the range fairly soon.

1.66 definitely needs to be included in the range. Pretty obvious change really.

The price at the moment is 2 ref. If people are selling below that in numbers, I'd say that's pretty solid proof.
