Current price is pretty much right on the money. Buyouts are around 1.5, genuine offers are around the 1.1 - 1.4 range.
I think you did something wrong as the suggested price is the same as the previous price 1.1-1.4 :S
It's called a price bump. Because the old price is 5 months old, I went and rechecked everything, saw that the price hadn't changed and submitted a suggestion to refresh the price.
It means that backpack.tf will be more accurate in future.
