not too sure about ur proof, link 1 is a pretty obvious noob, link 2 only had 1 decent offer and I'm not sure he is actually adding those 26 ref, also Unusual Offers are pretty bad proof, link 3 did have a 1.66 offer, link 4 had no offer at all, can't comment about link 5..seriously doubt a Stormy Heavy Unusual can get up to 2 Buds and I think there isn't sufficient proof to suggest that..1.4-1.7 Buds would be a more fitting range imo

What you wrote about the transaction with no offers or hat is not sold -there is no direct impact on the price subject, unusual hats are selling sometimes for months (Unable to unusual hats changed owners every week)

Using backpack.tf mean prices you get that the Freedom Staff is worth: 6,755, the Sapper 11,5, the Voodoo Juju 23 and the Planets Stuntman 20,5 Keys. This gives:

x+6,755=11,5+23+20,5

x=48,245 Keys

Or 1,86 Buds.

Low value = Should be sold in some days (1 week max).

Mid (average) value = Should be sold in 2-3 weeks.

High value = Should be sold in 1-2 months.

Of course it depends on the hat and on the effect and if you are a donator on outpost and how much effort you put in it, but that's just a roughtly guess from me.^^
