well im new to this... just looking at the other prices i thought that it would be worth around there. i cant see it being less than stormy 13th hour.

1.5 would be low, also taking into consideration that thats about what you could get for a cauldron bubbles or a purple energy (1.6-2 buds, 1.5-1.9). misty skull is almost always a higher effect than those, so...???

1) Using tiers to estimate a price is for tf2pricecheck.net. On the other hand, backpack.tf records prices based on actual sales by buyers and sellers.

2) Please take a screenshot your transaction from your inventory history, so we can see exactly how much you paid. If you do not know where your inventory history is, then click on your steam profile, then click on inventory and you should see this: click me. Find the trade that you conducted and then upload it to a picture site and give us the link. No one is saying it should be 1.5 buds.

2) That helps how? One of the main points of your suggestion is that this hat is above Stormy 13th hour. Having an offer of 1:1 doesn't help.

From what I read here 2-2.5 could be right. Or a little bit lower to keep it conservative. So ~1.9-2.3.
