Ok, I'm looking @ the first result on the OP search and am getting a Misty Mirror (5.3) and a Stormy 13th Hot Dogger offer (~2.5 conservatively) which is already way higher than the top end of your suggestion.

Hidden by the owner. A lot of offers that are used as proof on this site are hidden. The fact that the offer was there at all (and denied) less than a week ago shows the willingness of buyers to go higher.

The funniest part is the guy with a 7 buds "C/o" wants to trade it for my Lantern Towering, which according to this site, is only avg ~6 buds.

No, your Lantern Towering (according to this site) is 6.7 buds. You also put the offer that goes against your current range under "Links that are getting no offers". The 5+ sweets trade seems to be someone trying to quicksell, and also does not seem to bump very often. This should not denote the price as buyers do not always have pure on hand.

Yeah. I'm wrong about my range, but it's unusual trade, it can't always be accurate, I sold my Blizz tc for 15 buds, when this site says it's only 8 buds.

You would be an idiot to think that a misty mirror is a 5 bud hat. Without even looking I bet that price was closer to Halloween.

It pains me to say this.. But I agree with this suggestion wholly. I've removed the fake 7 bud offer, reduced the B/O to 6, and am now gonna upvote.
