Bottom of the page, Evangelion offers a lot. He offers 5 keys + 47 ref (Which at 3.22 per key is already about 19.5 keys. Then he goes on to add The All Father, Saxton Hale, S.P full moon kills, Magnificient Mongolian, Barliner's Bucket Helm, Private Eye, and more, just for the knife.

Charg was offered 25 keys for it and says he sold it for 26. He accepted the 25 key offer so maybe they negotiated. He no longer has the knife, so I don't know how well this qualifies, which is why it's not my main proof.
