Down vote, existing range is better b/c all those 4 bud offers are Unusuals, not pure.if you want 3.5 you would make someone offer 4 in items to make it worth your while.
Well he did get offered 4.2 in items so I put it down to 4 instead.
yeah, but the 4.2 is a low tier engie hat with a halloween effect. It's not going to be worth 4 for long imo. Probably isn't right now.
Since it's 1:1 he will probably wait for 4 in decent unusuals or 3.5 pure, but probably 3.3 pure or 3.7 in good unusuals would get it done too.
Seriously though, if this passes, it will make this hat the 2nd most expensive Noir. Would you rather buy this or scorching or beams or burning (on a QS)? We got to be realistic here. there's a reason no one has offered above 3 pure for it.
That's because out of the 2 Halloween events this is the only one that has been unboxed. Take rarity into matter. Also it isn't about the effects it's a bout the market and what the're selling for it.
It has sold for 3.2 in Unusuals and 4 in Unusuals. Wait until this thing sells again or gets pure offers above 3 to bump it.
Btw, it is about the other effects, why do you think it's not getting pure offers above 3? B/c once you get above that you can look at burning, scorching or beams.
Well nuts and bolts is a bad effect yet people suite it with engie because, heck, thats what the market wants! Same goes with hearts for medic and flies for sniper
Lol, don't even go there. Those are themed effects for those classes. This is cauldron bubbles. On a spy. It's already valued at a bud more than what it should be due to rarity.
Anyway, I'm done debating this one. It's a pointless update b/c it effects 1 person. He can set the price at whatever he wants. It doesn't matter what it says here.

*Sigh* What are you talking about? It previously sold for 3.2 and 4 in unusuals. THE CURRENT SELLER IS ONLY ASKING FOR 3.5. How can this be worth 4? Those are the facts, not my opinion.
Just quickchecked the knifestorm industrial. Current range seems fine, he get offer of ~4 in unusuals usually and even a 5 mixed offer.

I agree that your partially right there. But at the same time someone offered 4.2 in Unusuals. Should I lower the high end but keep the low end the same? what do you guys think?
3.3-3.5 imo b/c he refused 3 and he wants 3.5. It has sold for about 3.5 twice before. Seems reasonable to me.
Edit: Whatever, I'm done wasting time on this 1:1 hat. The current b/o is 3.5 that's all the proof needed.

Knife Storm Festiviser isn't solid enough a price to take seriously. The second highest offer of 4 in items isn't enough to accept a 3.9 pure high end. The one on the market has been asking 3.5 for over a week.
