Actually, I'm kind of confused by this.

However... seller is selling for 0.55, still in stock. (If 0.66 is the lowest, so buyers should be scrambling for them.) There are always prices higher than ranges, but not too many lower.

The fact is they also sell at 1 key. Check the link. So this is sort of the middle ground.

Not too off and much better than the current price.
