Not sure about this. It's never a good idea to price by comparison, and all this shows is that offers of 1.1 get rejected.

I'm neutral, as this really isn't a change in the price (in general terms).

But it shows that all offers seem to come to settle around this range. Or a vast majority. Hey, this is what ranges are for.
