Next day I bought it one guy asking for how much I ll sell the unusual and I said 20 keys. He wants to pay this price in stranges.(widowmaker, h.punch, mantreads etc)

Ok, some people don't understand that with unusual trading, spreadsheets and pricelists don't mean ANYTHING! Each unusual is worth something different to different people. So, basically, items (especially unusuals) don't have set prices just "because the (spreadheet or backpack.tf) says so." But, don't get me wrong, for other items, backpack.tf is an awesome guide for suggestions for prices, just not unusual prices!

suggested price shows market price. I don't see any unusual heavy duty rags for 12 keys. Nobody will sell it for that price. So I suggesting that the price has changed within 5 months. This price suggestion makes sense.

For sure it makes sense, you bought it a week ago for 15 keys. But where do u get the 17 from?

because of 2 trades for0 a "BMOC + sweets". Dont get me wrong mate.

Heavy hats are huge hard sells and a n&b on a duty rag would never sell for 17 keys. (Down vote for me)

You downvote cause you dont like hat nor effect. There are people who like NnB and rags. I wrote 17 keys just because of 2 done and 1 open trade for a BMOC. BMOC is 15-16 keys now. Of course high price in my suggestion is not perfect, but low price fits 100%.

Well see here, I agree with you this shouldn't sell for 12 keys, but 17 may be stretching it. Perhaps.. 14-16?
