There are 18 of these in the game, lots of them are on the market and are failing to get any decent offers:

Link 1 is failing to sell it for 7 Buds for a while now (apparently lowered the price)

Link 2 had the TC offer but no offers other than that

Link 3 had no offer in 3 weeks

Link 4 had a 7 Bud offer in the past, the 12 bud offer is most likely a friend, his backpack is completely empty now (cashed out)..some decent offers at the start but that trade is very old

Link 5 was merely added to show the terrible lowballs this hat gets, the demand seems very low and I don't see this going for anywhere near 8 Buds at the moment. I did see someone asking if 260$ would be enough (valueing Buds at 35$ that would make about 7.5 Buds), but that offer didn't seem very legit..I can't find it anymore if anyone does and could post the link that'd be appreciated

Lol @ these guys selling for 12 buds each. I understand it's "themed" but at the end of the day, it is nutz and boltz.

that seems to have become the overall opinion on the market..unlike flies on sniper (I wouldn't pay more than 1 Bud for a Flies Anger but that just my personal opinion apparently) some people are starting to realize N&B just looks plain ugly on any class
