Assuming Wrap at 3 ref, that puts the Luger at 1 ref, the low end as well as current price. Moving on,

Buying Luger for 5 ref, again based upon wrap as 3 ref, that puts the Luger at 2 ref, the higher end.

Now, I should point out, yes, I do own a Lugermorph, and I am looking to sell it, but not immediately, and indeed, that's what piqued my interest in its going price. More proof soon.

Bought wrapped Luger for a key + .66, basing keys off of 3.22-3.33 ref, and wrap at 3 ref, that puts the Luger he bought at 1 ref. However, the rest of his prices seem to lowball by around a rec or so, so I would say this is support that 1 ref is a fitting low end but not the only amount.

that's because how this site works: if it's not tradeable, it'll cut half the value

So if this gets accepted it'll be .75 ref

Just buy Poker Night at the Inventory, you can get the other achievement items too from it, not just the Lugermorph, and also the items are clean, no gift text and that sort of lark. Game's not even expensive either

Because people like the items, but do not want to invest the time to play the game or to purchase the game (maybe unable to, if they don't have a credit card and traded for a premium gift or something). The items are still wanted, such as Dangeresque, too? is around a key or so, and the Lugermorph is 2 ref, but in my opinion needs to change. Price is reflected by demand: People like Demopan, so they want to buy Dangeresque, too? People want a pistol reskin, but maybe can't afford the vintage version, so they buy the normal one.
