where is the 3 coming from? while this may be plausible I don't see any proof of trades for 4, let alone 3.

Your proof supports the fact that it is going down. But it have does not support your suggestion of 3-4 key range.

The reason there is no support of this range, is because nobody is actually selling them at the range. Not one person is saying anything under 5 keys. Pairing this with the fact nobody is buying for over 5 keys (The lowest was a Bills, if they added a constable).

The only thing I could base the range on was the post with the Horsemann Headtaker. They're worth 3-4 keys, and was the newest post I could find.

And to reiterate on the "Nobody is selling at this range" I scoured through Bazaar, Dispenser.tf and the Trading Post - the latter two I wanted to kill myself with. Theres literally not one person.
