Lowest B/O on outpost is 5.5 pure. Best pure offer is 4 buds atm. Another C/O is a Buds + stormy nappers + blizzardy merryweather + nuts tyrants. Thats around 5 pure in promo+unusuals.

He said "add me" i'm sure he will do that, also theres an another offer, 3 buds + lvl 100 vintage hallmark(~16keys) + strange grenade launcher (16 keys) + crate #40 (7 keys) ~ 4.5buds, and rejected.

You're ignoring the "maybe". Perhaps he was going to add him to discuss, hence the "maybe".

Also, that other offer was also retracted. No offers have gotten as high as the 5 buds of your range, either.

After rejecting the "4.5 offer", he asked if the guy still wanted the hat for a higher price. The guy said no, and he retracted his offer. So that offer is no longer open. The other offer is not solid. The high-end of your range is in none of the trades.

You're probably also overpricing the fact that it's a mixed offer. And the items portion are not easy-to-sell items, like the leveled vintage hat.
