I don't think someone owning an item should disqualify them from making a price suggestion for that item. Don't we want people who suggest prices to be familiar with how much those items sell for? Usually that means that they'll own a copy of the item...

I will grant you that the fact that he's trying to sell the item, though, makes for a conflict of interest.

Well, if the person has the items and is trying to sell it, that could mean they have done more research on it so that they can sell it effectively, and have noticed that the price has gone up. Selling it does not make for a conflict of interest, unless they have insufficient proof.

I guess its time for strange festive huntsman to raise up again... but not too soon, hmmm... this seems legit but still, should have raise from 17-19 keys, downvote.

There gonna start raising but not to fast. you cant get this festive anymore so by the end of the year there going to be worth alot maybe.
