It's a GIFTED Moon Dixie.
The only offer on it is a Misty Skull Mountain Cap
Link 3: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7645090
Has a b/o of 5 Buds.
Only offers so far were:
Sunbeams Noir(2.7-3.3 Buds) + sweets
N&B Modest(2.1-2.7 Buds, a lowball imo)
Link 4: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6723400
Highest offer was a P. E. Liquidator's Lid(3.3-4.2 Buds)

--Considering: G energy buto-19 keys in items (4.75~ buds)[4.5~ pure].
The offer was a tentative g energy buto, and the owner added the items, also the trade didn't go through, so i'm assuming that it 19~ wasn't enough.

--lantern pickel (4) [3.6~ pure]
--stormy cm (3.2) [2.9~ pure]
Not a lot of proof to use, but this definitely needs a bump down.
Thanks for the additional proof :3
Out of curiosity, did you upvote this suggestion?
Is it against the rules to ask something like this?I upvoted, although i'm not 100% sure this is the right range, but its definitely better than the previous one.
The only proof of the high end (4.5) was that offer of the g energy buto, but the owner of the buto didn't agree to it, thats just what he was willing to add--making the offer 4.5 (which imo, seems like a b/o--not bc of the price, but bc he was willing to add to the buto to get it to 4.5), so the high end might need to be a bit lower, but for now this is definitley going in the right direction.
Edit: I think this will eventually need to be 3.5-4.2~, but as there are no sales/accepted offers (that i could find anyway), i would say a slightly larger range is a good idea (an increased margin of error).
