Price needs an update. Can't see any of these selling for 1.3, especially as there's one with a buyout of a bud. However, I do think that with enough patience, 30 keys would be achievable. I'm setting up the low end to 23 keys, making this the same as steaming, but also tying it in with the one that sold low.
